This month's Sanity Saver is an activity that is FREE, healthy, forces you to engage with the outside world and readily available.
What is this miracle sanity saver? Walking! Wheeling, strolling, doddling, moseying, rolling, going from point A to point B. However you get there in whatever amount of time - it has saved mine and Peaches' sanity numerous times over.
Whether we're going around the park, to a destination or just blowing the stink off us we love getting out there. This activity particular helps me when I'm not feeling my best - it is fantastic what a smidge of exercise can do for the body. (And was the only way I would see other people during the first months of motherhood).
Now that the little crawler I push in the pram is trying to walk it can only get better!
